EVM Offer Summary

Evarei Management LLC, as the main adviser of EVM Blockchain Limited ("Advocates"), will help to set up an investment entity in Cayman Islands called Evarei MENA Real Estate Investments ("Dana", or "Evarei MENA Real Estate Investments"), the Entity to be was formed in the Cayman Islands to manage the Fund and a management company called Evarei Investment Management Ltd ("EIM") was formed by the Advocate owner to manage the Fund on behalf of the investor.

After consulting with previous world-class law firms, Advocates have replicated a fund structure adopted identically or similarly by more than 10,000 private equities and similar funds registered in the Cayman Islands today.

Advocates propose to issue 150 million EVM tokens, whose results will be given as partner partner's limited interest into the Fund, through one EVM central trustee.

Managing Funds, EIM will specialize in creating and managing investments (mainly) in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and elsewhere in the UAE and the wider Arabian Gulf and potentially elsewhere with a particular orientation towards:

• Opportunities for quality improvement and reinstatement / capital enhancement;
• Value-added acquisition;
• When opportunities arise, development projects with short and clear timelines;
• Assets to which attractiveness is available; no minority equity stake if negativekontrol not enough;
• The ideal real estate assets where less than 10 tenant rentals can be achieved; and Lease opportunity date

EVM Publishing, Ratios and Discounts

Up to 150,000,000 EVM are proposed to be published in three stages on the following grounds:
• EVM will be offered exclusively pre-ITO for US $ 0.70 (representing a 30% Reduction to a nominal equivalent of US $ 1 per EVM token). (Note: if this pre-ITO phase is well received, then it can be extended to allow as much as EVM for the desired acquisition and second and / or third total supply volumes change pro rata on the only discrete rotation of P roponents). This stage will establish a personal placement to qualify and only contributors.

• Second, EVM up to 30,000,000 will be issued with a 15% cut of the nominal value of US $ 1 In the first week of this second phase launch, each fell by 1.25 points week to 10 percent in the closing week.

In accordance with the terms and costs listed here, EVM's results will be widely disbursed by Fund - EVM Blockchain Limited will manage the direct interest of EVM token holders moving forward.

Investment Strategy
• Acquiring real estate (with leverage) to refine and operate the business of repair, building repairs, energy savings and incorporate blockchain technology into the operating system, monitoring and management of real estate assets with the objective of creating a Smart Building portfolio with the principle of private equity discipline strategy.

• Inculcating cash flow and paying equity holders of EVM Tokens that increase debt, and bring assets up to full 'investment grade' standards.

• Implement EVT Utility Token based on blockchain technology into an acquired asset with EVT that provides transactional real estate portfolio functionality, is essentially a portfolio-acquired cryptocurrency utilizing the value of transactions such as rent, service and maintenance fees and transactions additional.

- EVM through the economic interest of the asset / investment - the investment result resulting from the acquisition of the portfolio, the resulting rental yield and the profit at the time of disposal.

• Evarei Investment Management Ltd (EIM) aims to be at the forefront of the institutional evolution of the GCC real estate sector by investing in private equity
into real estate investments tailored to risk and investing in REIT institutions (s) integrating tokenized structures - providing discipline, institutional management to increase asset value, and resulting in significant compression of return on maturing assets from illiquid investments into highly liquid (ie personal equity into tokenized securities traded publicly through a highly measurable model).

• By buying and selling EVM tokens, investors - by - buying and selling fractions of the underlying property asset investment will be associated with them through smart contracts.

• The specially tailored and customized Ethereal ERC20 platform for EVM will provide a fast, cost-effective, personal, reliable and exchangeable means for investors to buy and sell EVM tokens in their crypto asset portfolio.
